If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to navigate a life transition, therapy can help. Many clients start simply because something doesn't feel right and they want support figuring out what that is. If you're wondering whether therapy is a good fit, a free consultation is a low-pressure way to find out.

I specialize in perinatal mental health, perimenopause support, anxiety and depression therapy, eating disorder counseling, group therapy, and retreats — offering focused support for the specific transitions and challenges you may be facing.
